The beach front site is located on Mullins Beach, St Peter, on the west coast of Barbados. The beach front development is to be a contemporary building designed to provide exceptionally high quality 3 bedroom and 4 bedroom apartments ranging from 3,500 – 5,500 sqft. The building is to be stepped in elevation with all apartments having sea views and outdoor verandas and covered space to maximize the aspect providing west and north west views over one of the best beaches in Barbados.
