The Pimento Group believes it provides attractive opportunities for private investors on two levels;

•  Equity investment into the development projects. All our developments are structured legally by St Vincent Capital and offered as an investment to private clients.
 

•  Typically the minimum equity investment is £50,000 ($100,000).
 

•  Returns are targeted at around 25% p.a over the life of the investment which can range between 24 to 48 months.
